Help With IT is prepaid, on-demand IT support. It is not a Managed IT agreement and does not include proactive monitoring or a guaranteed response-time SLA.
Service remains subject to scheduling, service area, supported technology, access, and reasonable scope. Specialized or project work may be separately scoped.
Pass-through travel expenses such as hotel, airfare, parking, tolls, freight, subcontractor travel, and third-party charges are not discounted.
Hardware, software and licensing, subcontractors, project materials, and other pass-through charges remain separate where applicable.
Unused hours expire at the end of the validity period. This purchase does not create a Managed Services relationship.
