Network Management

Keep your business connected with a network that is visible, documented, and supported.

Warmar Tech helps businesses manage the network systems that keep people, devices, cloud tools, phones, and business applications connected. Network Management focuses on firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, monitoring, documentation, and reliability so your network is easier to support and less likely to become a mystery when something breaks.

Network Management at a glance

  • Management and support for firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and network equipment
  • Monitoring, documentation, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting for supported networks
  • Works alongside Managed IT, Co-Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Continuity, Communications, and Field Service

Who this is for

Network Management is for organizations that depend on reliable connectivity but do not have a clear owner for the network layer. It is a good fit for businesses with multiple users, business phones, wireless devices, guest Wi-Fi, cameras, cloud applications, or more than one network-connected system that needs to stay online.

It also fits organizations with internal IT that want Warmar Tech to help monitor, document, maintain, or improve the network without replacing their existing team..

Problems we help solve

  • Wi-Fi, internet, or network issues keep interrupting work, phones, devices, or cloud applications
  • .Firewalls, switches, access points, VLANs, and cabling are poorly documented or hard to troubleshoot.
  • No one is clearly responsible for monitoring the network, reviewing alerts, coordinating vendors, or planning improvements.

The Warmar Tech approach

How Warmar Tech approaches Network Management

Network problems are easier to solve when the environment is visible, documented, and supported. Warmar Tech starts by understanding how your network is built, what depends on it, and where reliability or support gaps exist.

  1. Discover: We review your firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, network equipment, internet service, connected devices, documentation, and known pain points.
  2. Stabilize: We identify gaps, improve visibility, clarify ownership, document key systems, and address issues that create recurring network problems.
  3. Manage & Improve: We provide ongoing monitoring, support coordination, troubleshooting, vendor communication, and practical recommendations for future network improvements.

Frequently asked questions

Questions visitors often ask

What does Network Management include?

Network Management includes support for the network layer of your business, such as firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, internet circuits, monitoring, documentation, alert review, vendor coordination, and network troubleshooting for supported equipment.

Is Network Management included with Managed IT?

Not automatically. Managed IT focuses on users, workstations, support coordination, endpoint visibility, and practical technology planning. Network Management can be added when Warmar Tech is responsible for firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, network monitoring, documentation, and network reliability.

Do you support any firewall, switch, or Wi-Fi system?

Network Management works best with supported business-grade equipment. Unsupported, outdated, undocumented, or consumer-grade equipment may be limited in scope or may need to be replaced before Warmar Tech can provide ongoing management.

Does Network Management include cabling or onsite installation?

Cabling, low-voltage work, rack cleanup, physical installation, hardware replacement, and onsite project work may be quoted separately. Network Management covers ongoing monitoring, support, documentation, coordination, and management of supported network systems.

Does 24/7 Network Response mean someone comes onsite after hours?

No, not by default. 24/7 Remote Network Response provides an after-hours remote support and escalation path for urgent supported network issues. After-hours onsite dispatch, emergency field work, hardware replacement, cabling, ISP repair, or vendor field work may be quoted separately unless specifically included in the service agreement.

How does Network Management pricing work?

Network Management pricing is based on the site package, the number and type of managed network devices, network zones or buildings, internet circuits, equipment complexity, monitoring needs, and response expectations. This keeps pricing fair for both small offices and larger environments with more equipment or multiple network areas.
