Warmar will explain the scope and cost before work begins. One-hour minimums, trip fees, after-hours rates, third-party costs, and project fees may apply when applicable.

Service pricing guardrails
- One-hour minimum on all services, then billed to the next quarter hour.
- Trip fees apply to onsite work.
- After-hours, weekend, urgent, or emergency work may be billed at 2x the applicable rate.
- Peer-to-peer / principal / executive consulting is billed at 2x the applicable standard rate.
- Hardware, licensing, carrier fees, materials, subcontractors, vendor charges, and third-party costs are quoted separately unless specifically included in the estimate or service agreement.
- Final scope and pricing are confirmed before work begins.
