Consultation pricing is a starting point and may vary based on scope, research required, meeting length, documentation, technical complexity, urgency, stakeholder involvement, travel, and final deliverables. Technology Reviews may be paid assessments depending on the service, site, complexity, travel, documentation, and discovery required. Introductory conversations are free. Warmar will explain the scope and cost before work begins. One-hour minimums, trip fees, after-hours rates, third-party costs, and project fees may apply when applicable.

Service pricing guardrails
- One-hour minimum on all services, then billed to the next quarter hour.
- Trip fees apply to onsite work.
- After-hours, weekend, urgent, or emergency work may be billed at 2x the applicable rate.
- Peer-to-peer / principal / executive consulting is billed at 2x the applicable standard rate.
- Hardware, licensing, carrier fees, materials, subcontractors, vendor charges, and third-party costs are quoted separately unless specifically included in the estimate or service agreement.
- Final scope and pricing are confirmed before work begins.
