Privacy Policy
Effective: July 5, 2026
Warmar Technology Solutions (“Warmar Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our websites, forms, stores, community-program pages, or services.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, organization, contact details, service interests, messages, account details, support information, event registrations, and order or billing details.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location, interactions, and diagnostic or security records.
- Customer and service information: information necessary to deliver support, manage accounts, coordinate vendors, protect systems, and document authorized work.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, provide and improve services, operate accounts and orders, communicate about service or security matters, personalize website experiences, measure website performance, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and protect Warmar Tech, our customers, and the public.
Analytics, session insights, and cookies
With consent where required, we use Google Analytics and Hotjar to understand traffic, page performance, and how visitors interact with the site. These tools may process device, browser, approximate location, interaction, and cookie or similar identifier data. Hotjar may provide aggregated heatmaps or session insights; we configure analytics to avoid intentionally collecting sensitive form content. See our Cookie Policy for available controls.
Artificial intelligence and automation
Warmar Tech uses internal artificial intelligence and automation tools to support tasks such as drafting, summarization, classification, service documentation, analysis, and workflow improvement. For some of these activities, we send limited anonymized, de-identified, or otherwise minimized data to providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic (Claude). We do not intentionally send passwords, payment card numbers, or highly sensitive personal information to these tools. Human review is used when appropriate, and use is subject to provider terms, customer agreements, configuration, and applicable law.
Provider information is available from the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Anthropic Privacy Policy.
When we share information
We may share information with service providers that help operate our business, including hosting, email and SMTP, CRM, analytics, security, payment, ecommerce, communications, and support providers. Depending on the feature used, this may include Google, Hotjar, Cloudflare, Automattic, WooCommerce providers, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other contracted vendors. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or at your direction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, customer service, security, records management, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Children and community programs
Our general business website is not directed to children. Community programs that serve children or teens are intended to involve a parent, guardian, school, or authorized organization. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child where parental or guardian consent is legally required. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information without appropriate permission should contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
Your choices
You may use our cookie controls, adjust browser settings, unsubscribe from non-service marketing messages, or contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion rights available under applicable law. Some information must be retained for security, contractual, or legal reasons.
External links and international processing
Our sites may link to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to their terms and applicable safeguards.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services, tools, and legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions or privacy requests may be submitted through our contact page.
